Questions before you order
What’s the minimum corporate order?
Quotes start at 25 boxes. Logo pralines start at 100 pieces. For fewer, order directly from corporate gift boxes.
Can you deliver to every recipient?
Yes. Send us a spreadsheet of addresses and we ship each box separately with tracking.
How do you handle our logo?
Upload it with your quote or on upload your logo. We send a digital proof and print nothing until you approve it in writing.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times by country are being confirmed against our warm-weather rules. Pending Open Decision #8 Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day leave the atelier the next working day. See shipping & delivery for other countries.
Do you ship when it’s hot?
Yes, with an insulated liner and cool packs. When the forecast on the route is too warm, we hold the order and email you a new dispatch date. Read the warm-weather policy.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes. Pick a date in the cart and we’ll plan dispatch so it arrives on time, weather permitting. The delivery calendar shows the cut-offs for holidays.
