Questions before you order
Can I send it straight to someone?
Yes. Add their address at checkout and a gift message in the cart. We print your message on a card and never put prices in the box.
How long do pralines keep?
Most boxes keep 4–6 weeks from dispatch at 15–18 °C. Fresh truffles are best within three weeks. Every product page lists its own shelf life.
Can I build my own box?
Yes, with Build a ballotin: choose a size, then pick each praline.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times by country are being confirmed against our warm-weather rules. Pending Open Decision #8 Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day leave the atelier the next working day. See shipping & delivery for other countries.
Do you ship when it’s hot?
Yes, with an insulated liner and cool packs. When the forecast on the route is too warm, we hold the order and email you a new dispatch date. Read the warm-weather policy.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes. Pick a date in the cart and we’ll plan dispatch so it arrives on time, weather permitting. The delivery calendar shows the cut-offs for holidays.
