Ingrédients & transparence
What goes into every box
Every product page lists its full ingredients, in order of quantity, and its allergens next to the add-to-cart button. Here’s what we use and why.

Our pantry
Short lists, real ingredients

Belgian couverture
Cocoa mass, cocoa butter and sugar. No vegetable fats, ever.

Nuts roasted in-house
Hazelnuts and almonds roasted in small batches for praliné.

Fresh cream & butter
For ganaches and butter creams. The reason for our shorter shelf life.

Real fruit
Fruit purées and freeze-dried fruit, not flavourings.
What we leave out
Not in our chocolate
- Vegetable fats in the couverture
- Artificial flavours: we use vanilla pods, spices and fruit
- Preservatives: freshness comes from small batches and cool storage
- Palm oil in fillings
Claims on this page apply to the whole range. Product-level claims like vegan appear as badges only where they apply. “No palm oil” needs supplier proof (Open Decision #4)
