1. Orders
An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. Prices include Belgian VAT.
2. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates. In warm weather we may hold an order to protect it, as described on our warm-weather page.
3. Corporate orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Production of logo pralines starts after written artwork approval.
4. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order.
